What ardenttitanite.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Published by Titanite · Last updated 11 September 2026

Reading this site sends nothing to anyone but our host. Every font, image, stylesheet and script on these pages is served from this domain, so no other company is told that you visited.

If you only read the site

We do not ask you for anything. There is no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking script. The landing page and the changelog work without knowing who you are.

The changelog itself is fetched from our own content service at titanite-cms.ardenttitanite.com. It is a public feed and the request carries no account and no cookie.

Our host, Cloudflare, processes your request and may log an IP address and request details to serve the page and to protect the site from attack. That logging is Cloudflare's, under its own policy.

If you sign in

Sign-in uses your Discord account. We receive your Discord user ID, username and avatar. We store your Discord ID so we know who you are on your next visit, and a session in your browser so you stay signed in.

That session is a cookie the site sets itself. It cannot be read by scripts, it is only sent to our own subdomains, and it expires on its own. Signing out revokes it on the server as well as clearing it here.

The session is what carries you into the tools you have access to. Each of those has its own privacy policy covering what it holds.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for your real name, your address, your date of birth, or any payment details. We never ask for your Discord password: sign-in happens on Discord's own pages and we only receive the result.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys it and nobody rents it. Our servers are in a data centre outside New Zealand, so the information is stored overseas.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to remove your sign-in and what is attached to it.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Security and changes

Access to anything that writes to these services is limited to accounts holding the specific permission for the job. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim ours is.

We update this policy when what we do changes. The date above says when we last did.

Requests reach us through the Discord server for whichever service you are asking about.
